14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer rights.

Return Conditions

Returned items should be:

* Unused and in their original condition
* Returned with their original packaging and accessories where applicable
* Sent back within the applicable return period

Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including certain sealed products once opened for hygiene or health protection reasons.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@caeliz.com.

Include:

* Your order number
* A short description of the issue
* Clear photos or videos showing the product and, where relevant, the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements and any applicable costs will be communicated when your return request is approved.
